This brief on the Programme Reporting Standards (PRS) for sexual, reproductive, maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health (SRMNCAH) provides guidance for complete and accurate reporting on the development, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation processes of SRMNCAH programmes. The PRS consists of 24 items across 5 domains: programme overview (7 items), programme components and implementation (4 items), monitoring of implementation (6 items), evaluation and results (3 items) and synthesis (4 items). The application of PRS is an integral component of documenting the learning generated through the Learning Platform of the Network for Improving Quality of Care for Maternal, Newborn and Child Health. It will also facilitate the sharing of country experience and enable synthesis evidence and learning at different levels.
