This webinar will be a practical explanation and discussion of how to start quality improvement activities. It will cover the following topics:
- Identifying opportunities for improvement
- Prioritizing and selecting a problem to solve
- Forming a team
- Drafting an aim statement
This will be an interactive session and the participants will be helped by their peers and by the moderators in refining their improvement aims.
The webinar is intended for front-line healthcare workers- doctors, nurses, allied health workers, midwives, students etc.
