- Identifying opportunities for improvement
- Prioritizing and selecting a problem to solve
- Forming a team
- Drafting an aim statement
This will be an interactive session and the participants will be helped by their peers and by the moderators in refining their improvement aims.
The webinar is intended for front-line healthcare workers- doctors, nurses, allied health workers, midwives, students etc.
Please email us your draft aim statements so that we can discuss them during the webinar.
