This training module on the Coach as a Facilitator was developed in 2001 by the Quality Assurance Project as part of a course on Coaching and Team Development. This module covers facilitation guidelines, approaches to group process intervention and a self-assessment for facilitators. The resource materials include an instructors’ manual including exercise handouts, PowerPoint slides for presentations, and a reference manual for participants.
