This training module on Establishing Positive Team Climate was developed in 2001 by the Quality Assurance Project as part of a course on Coaching and Team Development. This module covers techniques to promote a positive team climate and conducting an assessment of a team’s climate. The resource materials include an instructors’ manual including exercise handouts, PowerPoint slides for presentations, and a reference manual for participants.
