This training module on the Making Decisions was developed in 2001 by the Quality Assurance Project as part of a course on Coaching and Team Development. This module covers key stages of decision making, four decision-making strategies, challenges to decision making and facilitating consensus decision making. The resource materials include an instructors’ manual including exercise handouts, PowerPoint slides for presentations, and a reference manual for participants.
