This training module on Working in Teams was developed in 2001 by the Quality Assurance Project as part of a course on Coaching and Team Development. This module covers the characteristics of an effective team, stages of team development, importance of team building and the benefits and challenges of working in a team. The resource materials include an instructors’ manual including exercise handouts, PowerPoint slides for presentations, and a reference manual for participants.
