Lot Quality Assurance Sampling (LQAS) is a method for assessing a program by analysing the data produced by a small sample, originally developed for industrial quality control. It is a practical management tool for conducting baseline surveys and monitoring health services and health needs. The questionnaires are modular so they can be easily adapted to project requirements.
