Key interventions that can promote good governance are discussed, as well as important considerations when working with countries to implement improvement strategies.

This second course on health governance outlines the key practices of good governance, and various strategies and actions that can be taken to apply them in the health sectors of resource-constrained countries in Asia, Africa, and Latin America.

This Tool for Measuring Adverse Events provides an easy-to-use method for accurately identifying adverse events (harm) and measuring the rate of adverse event incidence over time in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). It is a useful way to tell if changes being made are improving the safety of care processes.
