This training module on Enhancing Creativity was developed in 2001 by the Quality Assurance Project as part of a course on Coaching and Team Development. This module covers attitudes that help or hinder the expression of creative ideas and ways to improve the climate for creativity in team meetings. The resource materials include an instructors’ manual including exercise handouts, PowerPoint slides for presentations, and a reference manual for participants.
