This training module on Change Management was developed in 2001 by the Quality Assurance Project as part of a course on Coaching and Team Development. This module covers concepts and the cycle of change, interventions to promote change, responses to change and planning and implementing change. The resource materials include an instructors’ manual including exercise handouts, PowerPoint slides for presentations, and a reference manual for participants.
